Kung Fu Panda is one of the most popular animations of all time. Jack Black stars as the incredibly funny kung fu obsessed Panda who is desperate to join the local martial arts academy. The problem: he’s overweight and not very coordinated. The movie takes a wonderful twist, however, when the Panda is selected as a destined warrior who is tasked with defending the school against the evil Snow Leopard.

The movie is an excellent choice for children as it encapsulates lessons of morality, honour and friendship. This is a must see for anyone who is a fan of the Blu-ray high definition format.

Wall-E is set to take Australian cinemas by storm in 2008 but the Blu-ray DVD has already been released in the United States. This is a movie that is a “must” for your high definition entertainment as its graphics, sound and story are simply wonderful.

Wall-E comes from the makers of Finding Nemo and Cars and is done in a similar style. It is a fantastic movie for children but can also be enjoyed by adults and teenagers. A wonderful message, Wall-E is a robot who has been built to clean up the Earth after humans have moved on. A twist in the plot though – he falls in love! This movie should be seen by everyone for nothing but the sheer enjoyment of the graphics and CGI. It is breathtaking!
